By creating an account or using MOODY you agree to these terms. Please read them, they're short.
your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't use an @ to mislead people.
the rules
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or send:
- hate speech, harassment, bullying or threats
- nudity or sexual content
- violence, encouraging self-harm, or anything illegal
- spam, scams, or someone else's private information
reporting and blocking
Report any profile, post, comment or message: long-press it, or tap ··· on a profile. Block anyone from their profile. We look at every report within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break the rules, without notice.
your content
You own what you post. You let MOODY store it and show it to the people your settings allow, only to run the app. You can delete your posts, comments and messages, or your whole account, at any time.
ending your account
You can delete your account in the app any time (profile → nuke account). We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
no warranty
MOODY is free and provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage or for what other people post.
changes
We may change MOODY or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using MOODY after a change, the new terms apply.
law
Liechtenstein law applies. If you live in another country, its consumer protection rules still apply to you where they give you more protection.
